After making an incredible come back to Tollywood with a super duper blockbuster in “Khaidi No 150”, mega star is all set to commence work on his next film which will be based on the life of a historical freedom fighter. The film’s title has been finalised.
Just like “Khaidi No:150”, Chiranjeevi’s next film is also being produced by his son Ram Charan under the Konidela Productions banner. This film will be based on the life of Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy acknowledged as among the first freedom fighters in India. The original plan was to make a film for the Telugu audiences alone. But it is learnt that after the immense success of “Bahubali – The Conclusion” the unit decided to enlarge the scale of the film and make it one that appeals to an all India audience. Accordingly it will be made in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi. The film is reportedly going to receive a very heavy dose of computer graphics to enhance the visual experience. Also a number of stars with an all India appeal are likely to be roped in.
Another interesting aspect is that the film is going to have two titles. In the Telugu states it will be known as “Uyyalavada Narsimha Reddy” while everywhere else it will be released as “Mahaveera”. That title was chosen to appeal to a larger audience. That surely is a sane strategy.
