There appears to be a good demand for Mahesh Kathi’s film reviews, thanks to his new found popularity after participating in “The Bigg Boss” show. Check out what the popular film critic has to say about Akhil’s latest venture “Hello”.
Though Akhil disappointed everyone with his debut “Akhil” two years ago, he makes amends for it with his second film “Hello” says Mahesh Kathi. The director Vikram K Kumar chose a love story similar to “Manasantha Nuvve” and added a good measure of action and emotional scenes and succeeded in presenting it in a manner that audiences are likely to enjoy, the critic says. Pointing out that in a love story it is important that the hero and the heroine work out a good chemistry between them, Mahesh says that both Akhil and Kalyani made a good on-screen pair.
He added that good performances by Ramya Krishna and Jagapathi Babu proved to be an asset to the film. While he was very appreciative of the cinematography in the film, he was critical of Anup Ruben’s music. He said that Anup Ruben’s magic appeared to stop with “Manam” and the music he gave for “Hello” is not up to the mark. In totality the Mahesh Kathi declares that “Hello” is sure to offer audiences a good viewing experience.
The most surprising aspect of his review was his criticism of Anup Ruben’s music. After the film’s audio launch was done, the songs received excellent response from the audiences. There were several reviews that the songs were very refreshing on the same level as the music in “Ishq” and “Manam”. Ultimately the critic only proved that his reviews are always different from others’.
