Shooting for Mahesh Babu’s next venture, “Spyder” being directed by Murugadoss is getting delayed. This is leading to all sorts of rumours floating around. The unit may not stick to the release date as originally announced.
Murugadoss and Mahesh were expected to complete shooting for “Spyder” by the end of April 2017. However, there is an inordinate delay in the shooting. Now shooting is expected to last till end of May 2017. There are rumours that the director is actually canning two different climaxes for the film. Another rumour has it that the unit is not satisfied with some of the scenes that have already been shot. These scenes are likely to be re-shot.
Denying all such rumours, unit members reveal that since the film is being shot simultaneously in two languages, the director is being extra cautious to ensure that there is no confusion in the final output. Originally the film was scheduled for release on June 23rd 2017. We just have to wait and see if the unit makes that deadline.
