One would think that Chiru’s fans would all belong to an earlier generation since the star took a hiatus of 9 years from films. But that is not the case – as a video more than amply proves. There is a video circulating on the internet which was reportedly taken in Omaha, USA.
In the video one can clearly see several cars driven by youngsters, all Indian NRIs taking out a rally to celebrate the release of Chiru’s 150th film. One car has a poster of the Megastar attached to its front bumper. The cars then gather in a big open ground and arrange themselves to form the word “C H I R U”. There is an aerial shot of the cars arranged in the shape of those letters. One cannot but appreciate the way the star’s appeal reaches across generations of avid film goers. Check the video for yourself.
